The Importance of Proprietorship

In any society, collapse or fracture, there is only one way forward, taking responsibility for more people. A good warlord makes it so his people can soundly at night, someone has to do it in my little area of the world. This isn't like the movies. In most of america, in total, governmental collapse, organized prudation isn't nearly as likely as some think.
