If you haven't joined the cast iron gang yet, get your hands on one. The food tastes so much better when you cook in a cast iron. Cast irons are a little bit more expensive than teflon am skillet that you can get at icia. But these can last for generations and generations. A lot of people buy them second hand. They're till going to be good, and sometimes even better than when you just got them.
