Where Leaders Get It Wrong?

i think where leaders get wrongs, they work more on their how they're viewed in the scheme of things. I spend a lot of my time trying to bring that out of people. And by the way, s i loved every minute i worked at sony. Worked with some fantastic people who will be life's long friends. To me, this is like book. It's another chapter for me at least.
