I'm Trying to Be Comfortable With Silence

Sometimes people just try to speak too quickly, and all disfluences appear in their speech. So i think one of the big things though, is being comfortable with silence. I'f you drop a pen, if you've got nothing actually to say at that point, just silence. It's i think it takes a lot of guts, a lot of courage to do that sometimes because people don't like silences.
