The Fortress - A Review

The final battle has some real issues. We never feel like the beast occupies the same physical space with any other character in the film, at least not in his full blown beast mode. Glave is flying through the air, beast is breathing fireballs or something. And a, you know, it just doesn't feel like a battle. I think the big problem is, though, that the beast is like 30 feet tall, instead of a respectable seven. So yo mince up feeling like our hero, colin is fighting a drive in movie theatre project.
