The Problem With Kleptocracy
South Sudan was deemed the most corrupt country in the world for the last two years by transparency internationals perceived corruption index they got bumped I think by Syria this year. All of the money it goes into the pockets of those people that run the country then they fund the military because that keeps them in power but what suffers education health care and just the civilian populations. The president's 20-year-old daughter Winnie is a shareholder with three chinese nationals on a mining company who were getting contracts. She has no background in mining and so we investigate things like that where I'd map out the family structure of individuals find out what how they're profiting.
