Is There a Chip That's Optimized for Graph Pattern Matching?

I've been working with some folks from the hardware space on designing a chip automating open cog pattern matching at the chip level. I got into this because my friend Rachel St. Clair was designing a chip for hyper vector math and that suited her own AGI work trying to implement Andrew Coward's recommendation model of the brain which is a more biologically realistic brain model. It would be applicable in cases where you had a chunk of your knowledge graph that wasn't going to change that much for a period of time but you need to do a bunch of a bunch of pattern matching against it. If you're really talking about making a simulated brain with like 100 billion cabbage neurons and all operating in parallel
