The Ring of Bone

Rings can mean something for no ring. They can wear something for political reasons. Where else is the ring of bone mentioned? So i think it's when it's in the frame story, when they're talking about all the rings that quoth the great has. And and this could be something, we don't know that it is this ring, but it could be that same ring of bone that qoth gets mentioned all the time.
