Is There a Subsidy for the Network?
I think it's very easy to reason about what percentage of blocks today don't have tornado cash. I also think an interesting point is like if you do have validators that are choosing because ultimately this is a validator choice how they build their blocks, that increases the revenue for anyone who's like willing to adopt the opposite policy. So essentially it's a subsidy for the network, a self-healing subsidy away from censorship,. especially if the systems are designed appropriately.
