Is There a Relationship Between the Two?
Lawsuit was filed in federal court by law firms representing five former students who attended some of these schools. They're trying to make this into kind of a huge class actionrit well, generally speaking, if you have a private lawsuit which does not follow a favorable judgment on this kind of issue by the united states, it's a very, very hard case to win. It seems to me that i would regard this as a kind a shaky sort of claim. As i said, i wasn't very sympathetic to it, even if bought by the government. I'm even less so if its bought by a private party. So i follo for you, john, and then we can move on
