The Importance of Conversation in Design Decision Making

The reception to the book has been overwhelming. I've had people tell me that I'd completely changed their lives. But then occasionally there's negative feedback too, right? Occasionally people sort of misunderstand what I said or they kind of read something into it. It allows me to engage on a level with them so that we can all haveKind of a shared understanding of what the problems are in our organizations and in our processes.
