Goldrope recalls beating a puppy simply for enjoying the sense of power. He used to get in a tremendous trembling zeal about killing birds. His excitement was so great, he had difficulty reloading his gun from the trembling of his hands. Goldrope: "I've got upper class friends who will shoot for sport"
