The Different Types of Bone
In bones we've got osteocytes which is a generic name for mature osteoblasts basically bone cells sitting in a matrix of this extracellular matrix of calcium and phosphate mineral. In blood you're probably familiar with red blood cells which are called erythrocytes they carry oxygen, leukocytes which are the white blood cells part of the immune system thrombocytes which are platelets but they're kind of like cells. Adiopost tissue is specialized tissue that stores fat unlike most connective tissues it doesn't actually have that much extracellular structure. Most of the cells are just comprised of big storage vessels which store lipids or fat depositsBasically when we put on weight
