Too often we're not thinking about how we're feeling or questioning our thoughts. We don't have to believe everything that we think. While meditation is one option, there are also some great ex ises that we can do. One of my favorites is the five, four, three, two, one grounding exercise. And by the way, it's also great for reducing anxiety. So in this exercise, we're going to run through our senses to ground ourselves in reality.
