Is There Any Indo Pacific Without India?

There has been a lot of criticism oer india's position in this wall, and specially you no outright refusal to concondem russia. But i don't think it's only to affect the dynamics the quad. And here's why, there is no indo pacific without india. So india holds some very, very good cards in all of this. China actually is driving the train here as far as how close the quad gets. We've been dealing with this for ten years in asia. It seemed irrelevant for almost 30 years, all of a sudden it seems extremely relevant.
