I think when you say, follow your energy, it reminds me that whenever i've been in conflict with myself, meaning part of me wants to do something. That delta is typically between what i truly should do and what i want to do, and a cent cost. So the cent cost is keeping me there because i'm like, i don't want to waste the investment i've put into x wirsed. And so if you can recognize the two sides of your inner conflict, and one of them happens to be a cent cost, i think in most cases, you should go for the other of that equation.
