Report found only a fifth of net zero pledges from countries meet minimum starting line standards that have been established by the u.N. The report points out, as many others have, that these otherwise laudable net zero promises end up being a way of diverting attention away from doing stuff in the near term. We've never before tried to systematically measure the temperature of the healthy brain like that. A new study used a new technique that just uses a brain scanner to take the temperature of our brain and it can measure it in different parts of the brain.
