The Flatness of the Company

The flatness of the company is, i think one of the most important things about it. You feel like you were just getting stuff done. A lot of companies, if you see a really handsome or really beautiful person there in or on their way to some leadership track,. I never experienced that in teslutton ever. And then we're us spend as much time humanly possible to hire the best and the brightest  and trust em to get after it. That's what i pursue.
