We're Finding a Breakthrough Solution for the Global Refugee Crisis
The U.S. government has been struggling to cope with the global refugee crisis, which now affects 100 million people. Over 250,000 Americans have submitted applications to sponsor over the last year. That's more than the U.S.-based government was able to resettle through its government systems in the last five years combined. "I do think that what we're finding here is a breakthrough solution for what governments have really struggled with," Obama says.
