Does a Teacher Have the Right to Teach Critical Race Theory?
How much academic freedom a teacher has versus the right of a student to learn somethings the truth, like not learn lies? Right? Is an ever hard question. I mean, does a teacher have the right to teach that the earth is flat? And some states tried to ban the teaching of evolution and it was liberals who argued for free speech on their behalf. We probably have a more middle ground now, where we think that to some degree, teachers should be obligated to teach u sec curriculum, but to some degree they should have freedom to editorialize around that curriculum.
