How Young Pastor Elders Might Pursue Growth in Their Teaching

Sober-mindedness is not a miracle God does in just a moment, but it's the effect of a thousand quiet early-morning miracles over His Word day after day. The church needs men who know how to keep their head under pressure whether that's in conflict or controversy like we've been through with COVID. We need level-headed, wise, spiritually and emotionally intelligent leaders rather than those who are impulsive, imbalanced and reactive. In such men, the Spirit loves to produce through years of quiet scripture meditation and real-life accountability in the local church.
