How to Write Your Own Affirmations

i think what we could all do is identify what those things are. We should try and connect them too our life source, our hearts,. And figure out what small action steps we can take. So i think it's a great exercise for all of us to either use these, if they speak to you, or write your own. Just do a test, like for a week where you just take out your affirmations, read them out aloud to yourself once a day and see what happens. See if that's the thing that is the key that drops you in.
