The Importance of Stability in Stock Investing
Retail participation in China is like ultra ultra high. And so that allows us to be able to step in and you know, capture quite a bit of alpha in those spaces. We look at stocks versus a very unique set of comparable companies based on the characteristics of the firm. Then we say, are you more or less volatile than we would expect you to be? If you're more volatile, that historically has said that there's a problem going on with that company. Those stocks have historically underperformed quite significantly.
