Nutrition Is a Disadvantage

In America, the school lunches serve garbage food. Most schools do not teach about nutrition at all. Carbs and sugar are poison. They're poison. Now, in the past, some of those carbs were more healthy. 100 years ago, bread was much healthier. Since they started teaching that, Americans have gotten super fat.
