How to Break Down Silos
I've noticed that down at the ground level people are like, yes, i want to break the silo. But at the leadership level, it doesn't really reson and i think it's because the silos were created on purpose. So you kind of have to think about, like, how is the business operating, why? And like adjust your story telling to fit so that you can talk about the value of what you're bringing. You know, it's a point well made.
