The Power of Language

Every time Ed and I get philosophical in front of a business audience, everybody says, just show us how to do it. Be more practical. You're not giving us the how to's. Well, don't let it drive you crazy. It affirms your sanity. If they start appreciating what you do, you're going to ask yourself what happened to us. That's all. They're worshipping too small a God. And then people will come to a workshop. Why was it important for you to be here? And they say, I want to pick up a couple of tools. Well, I've got a workshop. And most of the tools I've never used.
