Dr. Melia: I think there's probably trama that is re surfacing, and people are just doing what they know best to kind of heel that or or manage ta. Having a mindfulles practice, or even if you can't even have a manfulness practice, but taking time out of your det you just slow down and breathe. And i would say stopping eating sugar is probably a very beneficial thing you could do. Just because of my background, i do say you you don't. Everyone can benefit from mindfulness from a nutritional standpoint.
