The Power of Love

I've been present with people dying. I've noticed that even when their inner experience is of some degree of suffering, even then there's this light that shines through more and more. And it's hard for them to hold onto it. My father, he died actually two years ago tomorrow and he was never ever interested in any of these matters. But the death process had just gradually washed him clean of all the conflict and the fight. Just in his last few days, he was just at peace and he just felt love. It was a beautiful death.
