How to Restore Coral Reefs

We're exploring how we can unite art, science and local communities to accelerate marine restoration in areas where they're facing marine ecosystem decline. So we build large scale sculptures, usually inspired by the local area. And then we work with coral farming techniques to try and increase the key species of the area. This is our second sculpture. Our first one was in Thailand. We had gifted it to the local community there of divers who built 36 pyramids around the sculpture,. transplanted 5,000 corals and use it as a restoration site and an education site for divers also.
