The Pros and Cons of Having a Podcast

I want to understand from their perspective, how they distinguish between that and a ghost writer. I should ask my colleagues at Baker what they mean by collaborative writer. If we acknowledge that actually this person had help writing this book, are we part of the celebrity problem? Are we essentially saying the person who should get the public praise is only the person with the big name and platform? Yeah. Whereas as someone who really does value the work of writing, I want to say let's, let's give credit where credit is due regardless of who has the bigname and who doesn't.
