What's the Difference Between Better Sourcing and Circular Design for Food?
The report looked at how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and total food output. It found there was a huge difference between better sourcing only and 'circular design for food' This means maximizing the what we're getting from the land, making as much as possible everything that's coming out becoming edible - an ingredient. For farmers it could be 200 dollars more with better sourcing alone or 31 hundred dollars in us if they take this approach.
