The Supreme Court of the State of Mississippi Is Asking the Justices to Overturn Row in Its Entireness

The state of mississippi is asking the justices to overrule the court's roverses wad decision and the casey decision from 19 92. Justices clarence thomas, samuel alito and neil gorsich seem to be the three most conservative, most inclined to completely overturn row. Chief justice john roberts seem to be more interested in solely looking at this sippi case and determining if, indeed, 15 weeks is an appropriate threshold by which, after no abortions can occur.
