i think sometimes designers look at the i c rolls just being like the pixtle pushers, you know, just executors of the work. That personal responsibility, accountability thing, i think a is maybe lost sometimes when, especially in big teams. You can have senior designers that are the best designers ever at their craft, but they would not make great managers. The they probably won't even be great leaders, because they have this personal servispace that they need inor to work with and want to focus on the actual work.
