Lean six sigma is not a one time effort, it's a continuous improvement process. One has to sort of maintain an environment where you are continuously looking for ways to eliminate wasteful processes and reduce variations or standardize legal service output. So how can you achieve that continuous environment within legal teams? Well, for starters, if you learn about lean sigma, I mean, whether it's from us or someone else, I think it's easier to learn in the context of what works.
