How to Use Hormone Therapy for Treatment of Vasomotor Symptoms of Menopause
The North American Menopause Society has updated their guidelines specifically for using hormone therapy. People should have at least moderate vasomotor symptoms before you consider this. The main group is going to be women under 60 or less than 10 years from menopause because that's where the risk benefit is much more favorable in terms of benefits to risks.
