How to Organize a Group to Work on Human Freedoms

I'm a big believer in human freedoms and I'm not convinced that we need to start forbidding things. The problem is that doomsday devices will not stop at the nation's state level. They'll populate to the group level. So if you get sufficient group loyalty, it's very easy to create a suicide cult.
