Since 2007, we've had that experience of establishing a direct relationship with all of these consumers who think of us a certain way. So the head start is pretty significant in the fact that we've really had a chance to understand customers and build relationships with them. It's almost like internal branding as well as external where it works. I love the part when we were building Skype, our tagline was the whole world can talk for free. And then another example from my own life would be after he built a chain of Mexican restaurants. That's what all the competition was doing. We were making the world a more vibrant place.
