It's hard for me to physically deep breathe deeply, which i think contributes a lot to anxiety. My nose doesn't inhale air very much, and when i do it through my mouth, it feels like i can't get it quite to my diaphragm. Do you share your struggles with anyone? Not really. I guess like my parents er generally supportive, you know. But like, i yes, i don't really talk to many people, so it's like, you and now, like, in theory supportive, but like, not like, on a daily basis.
