You know, common triggers include anniversaries, people, places associated with the rape, certain sites, sound smells. Pay attention to your body's danger signals. Your soul's living a human life. There's a meaning. There's passions. Don't let a rapist get in your way of defining who you are. That is someone else's stage that they created and they trapped you into it.
