Teller produced seemingly from out of nowhere, actually, his sleeve. A butterfly net. Trump looked confused. Merta was on him. Ivanka said waving him off. Penn knew that she was lying. He and Teller had never done this gag before. Could it be that a Ivanka wouldn't mind it all that much if he shot her father or the president of the United States right then and there?
