Introduction
In this episode, i want to talk about the process of conscientization. Conscientization is a big, fancy word that means developing the right kind of consciousness. A karl mark talked about class consciousness quite a lot and its necessity. And so by the 19 sixties, you have paulo coming along in brazilian marxist circles. I'm going to skip ahead for historical purposes right now. Later, the critical marxists came along and said it's even worse than you think. They say that the very terms of the existing society exclude people from being able to have a truly revolutionary class.
