House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana) discusses the prolonged government shutdown, as well as the future of the filibuster and bipartisanship on Capitol Hill. Because of the shutdown, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced a reduction in flight capacity by 10% at 40 major airports starting on Friday, a move that will affect roughly 3,500-4,000 flights per day.
