Are You a Graphic Designer?

When you're talking to a potential prospective client or person you are advising, watch yourself. How quickly do you start to prescribe solutions before you totally understand what the real problem is? So count henry times and see the reaction. And then if you're sitting there thinking to yourself, why is it that some designers can charge a lot more money than others? Maybe this is hinting at the reason why. Let's close it out.
