I'm really keen for the start of next year that we offer a mentoring program as our cult coaching culture kind of develops. I have such a good time with our mentoring sessions when I when I'm mentoring and I was a bit worried because I've had some coaching training like I know how coaching works but I don't really know how mentoring what it looks like. It's going to take you a few years to do it yeah and I think I'm really conscious that there are people in the building that kind of would like a little bit more for themselves at the moment.
