How Confident Am I? Confident Interval, Confidence Interval
In statistics, confidence intervals and prediction intervals are two different concepts. A confidence interval is a cut-off point at which you're saying how confident you are that something will happen. In the case of predictions, there's an uncertainty in whether your hypothesis is right or no. The difference comes between standard error varianc and standard deviation Varianc.
