Buying a 600 Thousand Dollar Home in San Antonio, TX
Crista, listen to this interesting dilemma from ja in california. I currently live in an apartment complex that has recently been bought out. They will be demolishing the property and building a condo complex. Since i've lived there for over ten years, i'm eligible buy into the one point two million, 600 thousand and low income 300 thousand dollar homes. But if i buy one of those units and decide to leave any time within 30 years, i can only collect five % maximum property profit.
