What's the Difference Between E-Money and Open Banking?
The European Union has their own E-Money initiative and they're trying to align it, it seems with PSD3. Where do you put them? I don't think it's unique to E-Money providers. If you look at FDX, which is emerging rapidly as the North American standard, they have a role defined for an intermediary.
