The NFL is actually the only league out of the big leagues here in the United States that hasn't done it yet. The NBA has allowed it, the NHL, MLB, et cetera. They're allowing these institutional funds coming in by pieces of teams. It's great for the institutions because what do they want? They want places where they can lock up money for a long period of time and know it's going to appreciate.
