So the people are screwed up. They're grumbling. They can't obey. But clear the animal sacrifices, even though they may cover for the people's sins, they are not reshaping the people's hearts. And so you look right here, there's a whole long list of names of the 12 spies that they send out, one from every tribe. The spies come back, summarising this might be a familiar story to you.
