For care ministry, you need people with Christian maturity but also a high level of emotional intelligence. I love the model that Dan Lee uses at MBM, which is Tiva, testimony, experience, vision, action. So in that serve chat with someone, I'd sit down and ask them about how they became a Christian. And then talk about action. What role might work for them? What roles are available? Or could you create a role for them?
